Yes, that does seem accurate - that is "BTS" footage of a photoshoot. Experts are torn on why the DDMTE has suffered a downturn of late, but consensus seems to be that Pamela Anderson, also of Baywatch fame, has stolen some of the headlines with the recent release of her documentary, Pamela, a Love Story, on Netflix.

It will be interesting to see if Anderson's resurgent popularity will have staying power or if Donna D'Errico's consistent, high-quality, Instagram posting will return to its former dominance.
